Endress+Hauser wins bronze
Training program given award for Excellence in the Best Advance in Compliance Training
Endress+Hauser together with its partner Newgen Enterprise has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group bronze award for Excellence in the Best Advance in Compliance Training. The training program titled “The Quest for the Endress+Hauser Code of Conduct” places Endress+Hauser associates in real business situations woven into a sci-fi story to promote the company’s Code of Conduct.
The comic-strip approach, video-game feel and varied media in the training ensured associates were thoroughly engaged and ultimately motivated them to adhere to the Code of Conduct. The training thus met its goals of an innovative learning approach, enhanced engagement and higher learning effectiveness for Endress+Hauser associates across the globe.
The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives, based on the criteria of design, functionality, innovation and overall measurable benefits.
Innovative learning approach
“We were looking for an innovative approach to improve the effectiveness of compliance training and we have achieved it. Being recognized for the results is motivating and confirms that we are heading in the right direction,” says Patrick Rotzler, responsible for e-learning at Endress+Hauser Group.
“It is a rare treat to get overwhelming feedback from colleagues who have taken part in compliance training. I would expect the learning effect to be considerably higher than with off-the-shelf training.”
